Todays Workout - Dude Where's Your Sandbag?!
50 metre Hill Sprint, 20 Squats at the top, walk back recovery, 20 Press Ups at the bottom. Repeat for a total of 10 rounds.

Todays Workout - Sandbag Hill Sprints
Todays workout comes directly from the new "Complete Guide To Sandbag Training", due out this coming friday. I'll be releasing a discount code for Sandbag Fitness followers so you guys will get the eBook at 50% off for the remainder of January.
Carry a sandbag to the top of a 40-60m hill, perform 10 Sandbag Back Squats and then carry the sandbag back down to the bottom of the hill. Dump the sandbag and repeat the hill sprint, remembering to do your squats at the top of the hill. Repeat this process until you have completed 10 hill sprints (5 loaded and 5 unloaded).
Men aim for a 30kg sandbag; women aim for 15kg.
Record your time.
